SHIPPING 

All products are shipped from USPS or UPS. Please make sure that the billing and shipping address match. If the wrong billing address is entered the payment made from your debit or credit card won’t be processed. If there is a pending transaction being reported after being declined it will fall off as an attempted transaction made by you. We only ship to physical addresses P.O. BOXES is not accepted 

 

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Nouveau Luxe Hair does not Ship or Process Orders on Weekends or Holidays. Only Business Days which are Monday-Friday 10 am-4 pm PST.

 

PROCESSING AND HANDLING 

Monday-Friday is our processing days. Processing time for Raw Vietnamese Hair is 5-14 business days. Virgin Hair Wigs Processing time is 5-7 business days. Meaning this is the time it will take to prepare your order before it is shipped. All Raw hair will be Co-washed prior to delivery.

Shipping takes 1-4 business days for the items to reach you once it is delivered to the mail carrier. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at your time of purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International o shipping period is 3-14 business days depending on selected shipping options at the checkout. Nouveau luxe Hair does not cover any tariffs or custom fees 

Nouveau Luxe Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the packages are received by the shipping carrier. If your package states that it has been delivered and you haven't received it. Please contact the carrier you have chosen at the time of checkout to submit a claim. All packages are insured by USPS and UPS

Nouveau Luxe Hair is not responsible for any packages once they have been shipped off.

Nouveau Luxe Hair is not responsible for any late packages due to holidays, weather delays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

During Nouveau Luxe Hair Sales and Restocking dates processing times are between 5-14 Business days and shipping is 1-4 business days.

 

PRE-ORDERS 

All Pre Orders can take 8-14 days for processing and 1-4 days for shipping.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If any products are damaged/defective or lost during shipping Nouveau Luxe Hair is NOT responsible for those damages. Please contact the shipping carrier selected at checkout to send a claim. If you are missing a product due to a Nouveau Luxe Hair mishap submit order number and a picture of received items to info@nouveauluxehair.com Please allow 48-72  business hours to receive a response.
