Just like your real hair, Raw hair requires maintenance as well. You would normally not want to add too much product when styling to minimize excessive build up. Using Moisturizing shampoo and a great conditioner will allow the hair to maintain softness and luster. We recommend that you co-wash your hair bi weekly , air dry , then add a quarter size drop of oil before styling. Please keep in mind that excessive Heat or coloring will result in a change of the hair's natural state.

If you follow our hair care tips and maintenance guide , your hair can last 2-3 years. However there is no expiration date on our hair . For the best results treat your raw hair as if it is your own.

To be transparent hair that is manufactured to be wefted will experience minimum shedding. Cutting your wefts will have you experiencing shedding due to broken weft , which allows strands to easier slide out. To prevent this you can seal the wefts to prevent excessive shedding.

Keep in mind that normal shedding will happen during detangling.

Processing Time for Raw Hair is 5-14 buisness days. Virgin Hair Wigs processing time is 5-7 buisness days. This is the time it will take to process your order before it is shipped.

Shipping takes 1-4 days for the items to be delivered once the carrier has received it. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provide at your time of purchase.
